Disappointed customer

So recently I tried to make an early withdrawal from my 32 day notice account but I had specific instructions that please may you guys email me to confirm I waited 4 hours go by still nothing and it was promised email will be sent at night to confirm still nothing it's now the next day and I still haven't gotten an email from product team about confirmation so I call in the morning on my bfs phone they like it was escalated but we couldn't get a hold of you but I stated that they should email me even now at 9:29 I'm still waiting there's nothing Honestly I love discovery bank this is the first time they are doing such and I'm disappointed the reason being is that Is they have sent me emails before about confirmation what's stopping them from doing it now
