Disappointed 😞

Bad service from the bank I trusted. I called discovery bank to help me dispute a transaction or give guidance as my bank. I authenticated on the app. When it was time for me speak to a consultant, the line was dropped. Literally the consultant hung up. This is shocking because I trusted you guys with my money. I guess I should start looking for another bank to bank with
