Dis o er Babk and *****

My Standard Bank personal details were ****** and used to *****ently open a Discovery Bank account in my name. Standard Bank have done their part but Discovery Bank have not informed me whether any action has been taken to close the account on their side. I have made 2 phone calls each time being given a different case number and assured of a response within 72 hours. This goes back to before Christmas and I still have not received a response. I have also emailed their ***** address also with no response.. it would seem that they are not concerned about *****ulent activity and I would advise people to avoid them at all costs.
