Digital bank not very digital...
What a disaster! Ever since the move away from FNB, nothing works. I am trying to reconcile my accounts and expenses, but can find no-where where I can download my statements to Excel. It is only in PDF. For a "digital" bank, this is really not a good sign. I use this card for business expenses, but if I cannot reconcile, I will have to use something else that can be digitally downloaded and reconcile. I am at the point of cancelling this card.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please note that you get csv, excel and all your statements on the Discovery Bank App.
On the Discovery Bank app you will need to navigate to the account of your choice. Once you have selected the account, you will need to click on the hamburger menu (three dots). You will have two options whether you want to add a card or to download transactions. You will need to select Download transactions, select the date for your CSV (this includes the From date to the To date).Once you have selected the dates, you will now need to select the format of the CSV or Excel. After selecting your format, you will confirm the address on system and click on the send button.
