Digital Bank apparently means "don't try contact us"

I would really love to be able to transfer funds into my Discovery Bank account, however I am unable to add Discovery Bank as a beneficiary. My major issue is that i cannot get hold of ANYONE at Discovery Bank, their call center is constantly busy, and there is no reply to emails. How else can i contact them? I will most likely get a call when they realise i havent paid any fees because i cant transfer funds in the first place.

Thanks, and i have responded saying that i tried all of that. I can add other beneficiaries, it is just Discovery bank that fails. No help at all. Why must i come and complain to get any response?

I have sent a detailed email to ***, with screenshots. I have had no response.

The error is "Invalid account details". The screenshots I sent show the details I entered as well as the error response.

So, I had to figure this out on my own as Discovery "Bankers" are of no use. I had to create the Discovery Bank beneficiary as a Cheque account even though i have a credit card.
