Difficult to understand what they are even offering

My experience with Discovery Bank’s website has been deeply disappointing, primarily due to its opaque design and invasive data practices. Key frustrations:

Forced Data Harvesting: Product details (e.g., fees, benefits) are hidden behind walls requiring ID and contact information. This feels less like a security measure and more like a tactic to collect leads for marketing.

Vague Offerings: Pages are cluttered with buzzwords like "Vitality integration" or "behavioral rewards," but specifics are buried. You’re left guessing how perks actually work unless you surrender personal data.

Spam Aftermath: After reluctantly providing my details, I received multiple unsolicited calls pitching insurance and upgrades—despite no consent to marketing.

Trust Erosion: The lack of upfront transparency makes it hard to believe claims about "client-centric banking." If basic product info requires a sales funnel, what does that say about their priorities?
