Depressed

I regret the day i decided to open an account with discovery and take the revolving loan. they are debiting my account twice every month and if i query the collections department cannot give an reason, they just say they are putting me through to someone and cut the call.

I am so stressed and depressed because of this because it is taking a tall on my finances and my credit records.

i asked one of the consultants what i can do to close the account and what he said did not make sense.
