Deposit Refund
I hired a car with Budget Cars in Dec -Jan they took 12400 on my credit card which was meant to get it back when I return a car. But still today that money has not reflecting on my account. When I call Budget they blame Discovery Card. When I call Discovery Card the blame Budget. I call Discovery Card everyday, one minute someone can see this money , the next minutes the tell me the money never left my account, even though my account went down by 12400 and didn't go up by that amount ever again. What is worse they still charging me interest on that credit card. Please someone help me to get my 12400 back.
