Deposit not reflecting after 7 days!!

I made a deposit to Mrs RE Booysen's Discovery Credit card from FNB on the 2nd of February 2016 @09:08. Please see attached proof of payment.<br> <br> I used the account and reference (4901***3014) numbers that she uses to pay her credit card from ABSA. We spoke to a lady from Discovery on Friday 5 February and she confirmed that she can see the deposit, that the reference number I used is correct and that the payment should reflect either Friday nigh or Monday. <br> <br> The deposit is still not reflecting in the account. We spoke to a male this morning from Discovery and he said he can't find the deposit.<br> <br> How is it possible that it takes 7 days for a payment from FNB to reflect in a Discovery account that is managed and administrated by FNB!!?? <br> <br> The result of this is that a debit order couldn't go off from the account and that it has been returned.<br> <br> Sort this out ASAP, including refunding any fees that resulted in the debit order being returned. <br> <br> I will contact Mr Adrian Gore (CEO of Discovery) if this is not sorted out before COB today.
