***** Department: Discovery Bank

I have never in my life been treated as poorly by any financial institution as with the "service" or rather complete lack thereof from the ***** department of Discovery Bank. I have been a very loyal client of theirs since they launched the banking side of their business, but their ***** department is completely unprofessional, rude and terribly ***********. I wish there was an option to give them zero stars.
