Delayed Reconciling Process

I have been trying to reconcile deposit transactions related to an investment that I started with Discovery Bank that they've advised should be reflecting in my transactional account on a daily basis but are still not at present (only partially evident so far) and this is dialogue that has been ongoing for 2-3 months now.
