Delayed documents

I sent a document on Monday 03/06 for salary switch as I am now employed by a different employer, it is now day number 3 (06/06) still no document. How long does it take for a signature and a stamp? The entire process of my employment is on hold because of this document.

I really thought discovery bank was quite competent. Seems like changing banks would be the quickest solution at this stage. It is so embarrassing to keep on postponing my submission due to the bank I trusted and told people about to join. They keep on escalating to the next department and telling me that I will get my document before the end of the day. Yesterday ended with no document, it is a new day today still promised end of the day again today …. my day ends at 2pm and theirs am sure later…. My documents are extremely late.. this is so frustrating…
