Delay in returning my UI2.8 Form

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Discovery Bank regarding my UI12.8 form.

I submitted my form last week Tuesday to be signed and stamped. I was told it would be processed within 24–48 hours. After following up multiple times, I was assured on Friday that the request had been escalated to the Admin team and that I would receive the completed document by the end of the day.

It is now Monday, and I still have not received anything.
