deducting from my personal bank account without consent and Prior notice.

<p>i have had my discovery card for many years now and never had any issues until now, i make a monthly payment according to what is stated on my statement every month, twice now i have found that Discovery has gone into my Personal bank account without my consent or even prior warning. the consulstant i spoke to was not very helpful and i am very upset with Discovery card, they have taken money from my account that was for me to survive for the month. i work out my budget out according to what the statement says and make payment according to my statement. if my account is over limit they should inform me so that i can then make an arrange</p> <p>how should i now get through the month. i had less then R800 to carry me through the month, how should my son and i now survive through the month. </p> <p>it would be whole different story if i never made any payments on the account, but i have made the required payment every month. </p>
