Debt Review with Red Flags

You'd swear the Debt Review department of this Bank works with Debt Councilors for money. Regardless of all the information you give including NCR guidelines, they choose what works for them and keep you there. Even told them Services with Debt Hero was terminated but that Nomzamo lady still refers me to them so now its a back and forth and they bridge the proposal agreement then just tell me to request a refund but refuse to actually put into consideration that the 17.2 form I have has wrong figures and they went ahead without a new form with the correct figures. I should have just stuck to Nedbank that resolved my issue with Debt Hero as they saw the Red flags from get go and accordingly with section 86 withdraw this process as I had request. Unlike Discovery that wont even consider the 60 day period they are supposed to wait for and deal with the case accordingly.
