Debt review **************

I’m really disappointed in discovery bank. I attempted to get a credit card suite with them but got declined because it says my credit profile shows missed payments. Firstly the credit report they are using is outdated and secondly I was under debt review which means my accounts were paid on time but the debtors weren’t updating my profile correctly which made it seem like I missed payments. This was rectified in December but Discovery Bank uses a report dated to November. When I contacted them, I got told that because I was under debt review I can only apply after being 12 months out of debt review. This I feel is ************** as I did something positive to clear all my debt and I never expected that from Discovery. Truly disappointed in them.
