Debit order monthly paid account - suspended
Account that is paid by debit order every month without fail...I get a notification that my account has been suspended because my account is not in good standing> 1. account paid via debit order monthly 2. used on 60% of the credit limit Tell me if you don't want to me to bank with you, so happy I didn't switch my daily banking to Discovery Bank

I've had a look at your account I do see the debit order and a case was logged for the removal of the lock as you already contacted the call centre earlier today. Apologies for any inconvenience this caused you.
