debit order issues and ill mannered discovery staff

I had enough money to take my debit order off on the 31st july/ 1 august and then discovery reversed my debit order. i called the call centre to speak to a lady that treated my like i am her child and had no resolution to my debit orders that bounced. and what is so funny it is discover debit orders!! the app is useless, i can resubmits debit orders, there's no bank to walk in to assist me in getting debit orders through and their call centre staff think they are better that the people that assist in paying their salaries through bank charges. what is a person to do...
