Debit order ***** and Discovery not helpful

I have an debit order marked icb epic rain8540 23y9c. I called the debit order department to find out how this happened on my account and they said they will dispute and stop debit order. My issue is there is a huge complaint from other people with different banks about this and they didn't want to even look further into the matter. Instead I have to find the company that managed to get access to my account without my consent and call banks( which the previous consultant didn't find) which means this person can change references and they won't be able to stop them. I am disappointed by the service of discovery.
