Again thee ALL MIGHTY Discovery DICTATES to the customers paying for their fancy Sandton MEGA-BUILDING how YOU WILL be serviced. Vitality claims it can handle your Vitality queries 24/7 via Chat. NOPE! FALSE! I need to know where I see my Healthy Food Cashback and told I must call the cashback team to get the help as they don't assist via chat.

EPIC FAIL! AGAIN!
