Customer service less than 1 star

Wow what does it take to try to close a credit card account that is fully paid......many many emails, telephone calls from abroad that’s what and then.........NOTHING! Promises of account closure talking to two individuals . Email saying it will be closed in 2 days.......stop telling lies. This is now a 2 month old back and forth. So keep deducting the charges and sending me a statement but you will not receive another cent from me....I have email proof of sending forms for account closure. If I don’t exist to your customer service department then I cannot be charged. Sigh. Rant over. Moving on.
