Credit checks conducted without consent

They conducted a credit check on me without my consent. Will never do business with discovery. Violation of The National Credit Act at Regulation 18(4), 24(1) and Section 134 requires consent for certain credit checks.

I'd be happy to look in to this for you. Did you apply for an account on the Discovery Bank app? We wouldn't do a credit check unless a person was applying on the app.
