CREDIT CARD????? WRITTEN OFF

I've been trying to update my banking details for my Discovery Medicals aid and was informed to do this online. The OPT is still being forwarded to my old work email address and when I tried to have this changed was informed that I still have a credit card that's handed over to the Legal Department???

I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD ANY LONGER AS THIS DISPUTE WAS ALREADY RESOLVED YEARS AGO - THIS WAS WRITTEN-OFF PLEASE GO THROUGH YOUR RECORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF!!!!
