Credit Card Theft

<p>A hotel needed to refund me, and refunded me the full amount, as I asked them to do. They then decided that they would like to take 50% back and without my consent or any authorization on my part, they proceeded to do so by debiting my Discovery Credit card. I queried this with Discovery in February and by April (much longer than 21 days) it had still not been resolved. I have still to date not received any feedback from discovery and no proof from them that i authorized the transaction (no pin, OTP or signed document). Is your service safe??</p>
