Credit card payments all reflecting as pending

I am only giving a rating of 1 because there's no 0 rating. I opened a credit card account with Discovery and I made two online payments and they are both reflecting as pending, When I called their call center, I was told that the merchant hasn't banked - which was not true. I am unable to even retrieve proof of payments on the app. The call center agent said that the manager would send the POP, three days later, I am still waiting for the POP and transactions to "clear". I also bought electricity using their credit card and I did not receive the token.... opening this account has been a waste of my time !!!!!
