CREDIT CARD HOLDERS BE WARNED !!!!!

Human Beings make mistakes however Discovery Bank do not make any allowance for that eventuality .

Press the wrong button on a card transaction machine in error and even though you pay your full balance every singly month for years and they can clearly see its a mistake , they do not accept any liability for errors made in the process of making transactions and can't wait to charge you interest every month!!!

Very easy to make a mistake as there are so many new card machines on the market each with there own different procedure . Banks should surely take that into account .

Not only that, they make it very difficult to pay off the budget amount immediately so as to stop the interest.

This arrogant attitude makes me very weary of transferring my car insurance and bank account to them. Discovery think they can do whatever they want to you, fortunately there are other banks in South Africa who only too eager to get your business .

BE WARNED !!!!!
