Credit Card active after closing

I had a discovery credit card via FNB. This card is paid up and closed. However i notice on my credit profile (clear score) that this card show as active and last updated on 31/07/2021.

Should this card not be removed form my profile - it is almost 5 years later. Please revert back to me.
