Credit card account not closed after a month
I've been trying to close my credit card account since the 10th of May, numerous follow-up emails and promises and it is STILL NOT CLOSED. Can you please sort out your internal processes and close the account

I was called on the 15th of June with a promise that this matter will be resolved, it is now 1 week later and the account is still open.
