credit application bad experience ever !!!

My mother app**** for a credit card on 2 December. Since then, we have been told that her application is “at *****” because of a selfie verification issue. Every time we follow up, we are told that the matter has been escalated, but nothing ever gets resolved. We understand if the application is declined that’s completely fine ,but the lack of clear communication and updates is very frustrating. We just want a straightforward answer so we can move on to avoid her calling everyday to get feedback she was told it will take 24-48 hours which is today but still being told its escalated like wow !!!!

can't someone call her back we have been calling you guys the whole week even today 4 calls already like airtime ran out while holding and being transferred from department to department and today its Friday so should we take it that the issue will not be solved today she will have to wait more weeks

she called today at 13:18 no updates at all no call no email till today she's the one that always has to call , but from the 3rd December till today the 15th December no feedback at all as i said its ok if its declined or they don't want to offer her anything but to just keep quite unprofessional she even regrets investing her money with you guys , if you cant communicate simply credit application outcome she's even scared even getting her money will be a problem her id is *** please check the outcome
