Crazy turn around time for simple request!

This morning after call to check on the status of credit card application. I was told that they will only provide answer in 24-48 hours. I started the application last week Thursday.

So I decided to go to another bank and I would need to take 3 months bank statement. So I called the help line as I can only get stamp bank statement upto 13 April and would need full 3months todate.

They can only assist with statement in 24-48hours!

Craxy! The two things that other bank are able to provide much quicker turn around and Discovery Bank fall on their faces.

I am strongly considering closing my account. And that one day after getting my account upgrade to "Discovery Black" with higher bank fees!
