COVID-19 DANGER WITH DISCOVERY CARD

I am shocked to discover that in order to use my own personal pin code on my discovery card I would need to physically go to an FNB Atm in order to do so. This is dangerous and old fashioned. It is going to a place which millions of people have been to and touched. This is unsafe and unhygienic. Why can I not choose my own pin over the phone the same way that I do with all my other credit cards? And why have the new cards which we have just received changed the last four digits of the credit card number? Is this really necessary?
