CONVERSION OF DISCOVERY MILES TO VOYAGER MILES

On the 4th of March 2015 I 'successfully' converted my Discovery Miles \We are pleased to confirm that you have successfully converted your 48713 Discovery Miles to 40594 SAA Voyager Miles."<br> Mail reference of confirmation Voyager Miles Redemption *** -MailRef#***#-. However....these miles have never been converted and even though I was told at the time it would take up to 3 days......it is now 15 days later and NO-ONE wants to take responsibility. I have spoken to NUMEROUS people EVERY DAY and have wasted SOOOOO much time over this issue.....every time I call either Discovery or Voyager I have to repeat my whole story as the person I spoke to previously is 'not in' or 'out on lunch' of how my miles have never arrived in my account. Voyager said it is Discovery"
