Contacting Discovery Bank

For a “digital” bank it’s amazing how the only way to contact the bank is by phoning them! No secure messages, no online live help etc. I am in the UK and they insist on sending an sms to my South African cell number which is not in use. They won’t accept an overseas number as a contact number. Pathetic. This bank hasn’t moved forward or improved technically since it’s launch. Was fine when we could work through FNB.
