Completely misled by Discovery Bank's Arrogance and False Promises

I gave 1-star because there was no lower rating to give. I am to blame for joining Discovery Bank. I should have realised by the endless delays and revised launch-dates that all was NOT WELL at Discovery Bank. Unfortunately I was sold by their (false) promises and their arrogance by announcing that they will revolutionise banking (turn banking on its side). My old Discovery Card (managed by FNB) was awesome in that it did what I expected from it - and I got my Discovery Miles on time, every time. My new Discovery Card/Bank Account has issues - in that I have not received my miles for 2-months in a row. Discovery still do not know when this issue will be resolved, ****ing my budget by R500 every month. Why did they say they were ready to launch WHEN THEY CLEARLY WERE NOT READY?...
