Complete Lack of Service and Response

Absolutely frustrated with the lack service and response. I have phoned the call center over 10 times in the last month, I've been promised that someone will get back to me including someone at management level, but still haven't heard anything. If this is the level of service they are going to provide, then good luck.

I am having a technical issue with the app which is not allowing me to sign up.
