Complaint Regarding Incorrect Calculation of Discovery Miles and Unresolved Issues

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the incorrect calculation of Discovery Miles for the past two months. This issue has resulted in a significant reduction in my HealthyFood and HealthyCare benefits.

Despite my repeated calls and escalations to your customer service team, the problem remains unresolved. It appears that there are no adequate systems or processes in place to accurately calculate and allocate the promised cashbacks. This ongoing issue is highly frustrating and unacceptable.

As a new customer, this experience has severely impacted my trust in Discovery Bank. It also makes me question my other relationships with Discovery as a whole. I urge you to address this matter immediately and provide a resolution that corrects the miscalculated Discovery Miles and restores my benefits.
