COMPETITION WINNER-NO PRIZE

I was advised on 15 November that I had won an Iphone 11 in the Discovery Behavioural Banking competition. The FB post to me requested that I inbox my full name, surname , email address and contact number. I inboxed Discovery on 15 Nov, 20 Nov, 11 Dec.. still no response or acknowledgement. I also sent a FB message on 6 Dec. Discovery's response" We have kept in touch with you throughout the process"- blatantly untrue! I havent heard 1 word from them and THat I would get the phone by today. Still no feedback and no phone! I have also called 3 times. ZERO follow up/ feedback/ response from people I spoke to . BAD FORM DISCOVERY.. you have taken the joy out of winning and I would like my prize please!!!
