Closing account - IMPOSSIBLE

Closing the Discovery Bank account - which has been a dismal experience since i got it - is proving to be impossible!

have phoned numerous times to get and been put on hold by the accounts team every time, with escalations and promises that someone will phone back - still waiting.......
