Closing a bank account and credit account

I have been trying to close my discovery credit card account for the past seven day, I was initially told to wait 72 hours for someone to contact me and nothing happened, I called again on Tuesday 21/04/2020 and I was told that someone was going to contact me in 24 hours time and guess what? No one called and called again today and didn't get any help. I am truly disappointed with your service this time.
