Close the account and return my money pleeeaaasseee
<p>This complaint stems from having requested my card canceled as I cannot get a pin because over 6 months they failed to advise me that I require fica verification. The first consultant says no problem 3 days to cancel however when I now call I am told my account cannot be closed because of fica!!!!!! This is my money not Discoverys I do not have a credit limit I have a debit order/savings arrangement all I want is my funds returned and I will also not pay a month longer fees because of their failures</p>

For PR discovery reply and contact me and say all is resolved just complete the forms and we will return your money. I am unemployed and need the R1800 in the account But unsurprisingly Discovery send a general email to my former requesting the same docs I complained about in the first place so Thanks for Nothing Jaco absolutely *******
