!!!CLOSE MY DISCOVERY CARD ACCOUNT!!!
This is the third time that I am complaining about Discovery in the space of a month. I contacted them for the 2nd time over a week ago to cancel my Discovery credit card. I no longer want it. Pearl confirmed that it would be cancelled, gave me the reference of *** and said that it will be done within 48 hours.
I have received no confirmation that it has indeed been closed, but instead received an email from Discovery Bank today telling me that I should collect my new card!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I DO NOT WANT TO BE A DISCOVERY BANK CLIENT ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
