CHARGED TWICE FOR PURCHASES AT PICK N PAY

Good day Discovery Card<br> <br> 'on the 28th November I purchased goods from pick and pay sandridge square in midrand. initially the teller said that the FNB cards (cheque) are offline and that I cannot use my cheque card so I proceeded to use my discovery credit card instead , the purchase went through on the card for R221.69 .<br> <br> shown in the email alert below.<br> <br> DiscoveryCard: R221.69 reserved for purchase @ Pnp Fam Sandridge Sqre from card a/c..007000 using card..7038. Avail R53500. 28Nov 12:58<br> <br> while on my way home I receive another email for the exact amount as shown below at around 1:30pm . and noticed that the money had been deducted of the card.<br> <br> DiscoveryCard: R221.69 reserved for purchase @ Pnp Fam Sandridge Sqre from card a/c..007000 using card..7038. Avail R53279. 28Nov 13:25<br> <br> I went home and called the Branch Manager at pick and Pay and he advised the bank will refund the money within 24 hours.<br> <br> its now Thursday the 3rd December and still the money is not reflecting in my account .<br> <br> however from Tuesday I can see on the card that the amount of R221.69 is reflecting on the statement .<br> <br> the other R221.69 is authorizations<br> Can someone please help urgently
