Charged interest in spite of paying on the date specified

<p>I was reviewing my card statement in early december and noticed a tred that DSY was processing my payment a day after the due data and therefore charging me interest. As I was paying from ABSA to FNB it is difficult to prove who is at fault, so in December I paid from my wifes FNB into the DSY Card account (also FNB).</p> <p>I have also tracked the payment with FNB and they confirm that the funds cleard into the DSY Card account on the 3rd. DSY will only credit my account on the 4th dispite me sending them proof from FNB. </p> <p>To date they have refused to give me any proof that I can take back to FNB of when the funds cleared their bank account.</p> <p>It is impossible to get past their call center team - this is just a huge eye opener for me as to how *********** they are at resolving real issues. I would love to know the additional revenue generated PA on crediting accounts one day late. </p> <p>I have been a Discovery client for more than 20 years - I will not be a client in 2018.</p>
