Charged for an account that was never used and never onboarded.

I have never ever used their account. I tried to open and account and was sent a card and never contacted after that on how to use it. Now I see I owe them R1221. How is that even possible that I get charged interest on an account I never used? You will retire that off and close that account. This it utter bull dust.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Please note that all Discovery Bank accounts are billed monthly fees whether or not you use the account or not. This would have been agreed upon accepting the terms and conditions when opening the account .
