change verification method for online banking
Good day, I am happy about almost everything on the banking side and the app. However when it comes to Online banking, sometimes there's no data, and sometimes we forget cellphones at home so we use Laptops or normal PC to access banking and it becomes impossible. can discovery bank please try to at least send an OTP to email or try other verification means? like now I don't have a cellphone, I can't access my accounts, future payments, etc

I am able to log a request to change your OTP method to your email address however when logging onto the website, we are unable to bypass the in app verification.
The is due to ***** prevention.

I have logged and escalated a request to have your OTP details updated.
That is correct, you will need your bank app in order to access your account on the website.
