Change the Debit Date, and Now Discovery Card is penalising me by take larger debit order amounts

In the Month of May, I called into your Offices, and I asked that I switch my debit order date from the 25th of every month, the the 1st, as I have changed jobs. The consultant told me that it will be, but because my statement runs differently, I will have to be debited on the 25th of May, and the 1st of June, Just so the statement run will be correct. I was then told and confirmed, that I wont be debited on the 25th of May, as I had made a large payment into my account just a couple days before the phone call, and I will only be debited on the 1st of June. On the 28/29 May, I called to enquire about my my Iwatch payment, only to get shocked that Discovery Card is going to debit me R2800 on the 1st of June. This was wrong as for the last few years, I was only ever debited R1900 per month. The consultant when i called back after the debit order had run out, managed to get the Back Office team to send me a letter confirming that for the Month of July, I will not be debited, and i was told in all the conversations, that my debit order will normalise from 1 August. Today I got confirmation of my next debit order amount for 1 August, and to my horror, you now going to debit me R3100. This is not acceptable. Prior to me changing my debit date, i was only ever debited R1900, now you are almost doubling my debit order, all because i moved my debit date. By you guys doing on your own thing, it is effecting my affordability. I need this rectified, and I want someone senior who knows what the hell is going on, to call me to explain and fix this issue, before the debit order runs. I have had not but pathetic service from the card team.....
