CC delivery service useless

Unfortunately still experiencing no service from Discovery nor their courier company to deliver my mothers card. They says they came and phoned but on following up 24 hours later after numerous amount of calls and wasted airtime , they said they had come but no answer. They actually acknowledged they were at a black gate. Which we don't have. Had dropped call from them. And today 25hours later , no one can assist. Very unhappy with this service. My mother is elderly so in helping her out to ensure she gets her CC, I have wasted 2 days to no avail. No report back from either party's as to when card will be delivered!!!!?????
