Cashback still not paid out

I am very unhappy with how my enquiry about Discovery's failure to pay out my HealthyFoods cashback is handled. First I was told it will be resolved in 2-3 business days, then that changed to 5 business days. After 5 business days I just got an *** saying that they're looking into it. It's been almost two weeks and my cash-back has still not been paid out even though I called in multiple times. No one can tell me when I will get it or why it hasn't been paid out. Vitality is a total ****. You pay a lot of money to have Vitality and then you need to beg for your cash back and can't even use it. What a waste of my time and money.
