Cashback ripoff

I have been a discovery credit card holder for over 5 years because of the benefits it awarded.

Today i am utterly disappointed to say that I feel ********** by Discovery Card.

I had called the contact centre this morning to find out why I did not receive my cash back for my purchase at sunglass hut only to be told that the transaction wasn't picked up. How on earth do you miss a R3799 transaction? had I not queried this, I would have lost my cash back!

I was assisted by a very nice consultant named Stacey had provided me with a reference number but i refuse to wait 5-7 days for feedback!

I also queried my travel booster and why I am considered a high claimer hence i am not getting my discounts? I would like an explanation of this please?

If this is the case i would rather cancel my card as I feel that I am no longer reaping the rewards of having Discovery credit card that claims to have so many benefits.
