Cashback and Discovery Miles NOT Awarded

It has been FOUR working days since my statement was "closed" and I have not been awarded my discovery miles or cashback. I called and logged a call for both incidents and have been told that I will get feedback in 3-5 business days. In this time that I do not get my miles and cashback, especially the cashback, I am losing out on interest that could have been earned on it!!! I have spent a huge amount of money in the month at rewards partners and also on Black Friday so I am expecting a lot of discovery miles especially for Black Friday as was advertised. Thanks, this has been resolved and I do hope that a situation like this doesnt happen to another unsuspecting client who cancels their insurance with you.
